If You Wrote Me An Email (Or Are Thinking About It), Read This!!

I read and reply to every email that I receive (with the exception of hater messages).  I truly appreciate each and every message that I receive.  Anytime someone tells me that they read my blog, I am extremely flattered.  I started this blog 4 months ago and it's grown a lot more than I ever imagined.  And I really owe that all to my loyal readers.

With that being said, there's a few things I want to clear up.  If you're thinking of writing me an email, please be aware of these points:

1.  I am NOT a dating service.  I will not set you up with my friends.  I don't know any single asian girls who like white guys.  My guys (friends with benefits) are not interesting in meeting you either.  They are my friends with benefits.  I put in the work to meet these guys and you can do the same, if you are looking for a fwb.

2.  I am NOT looking for a friends with benefits through my blog.  I meet my fwb in real life.  I appreciate the offers, but if you're writing me in hopes of getting to fuck me, you're wasting your time.

3.  I am NOT looking for new platonic friends either.  I appreciate the offers to take me to dinner or the movies, but I created this blog under the premise that I would be anonymous.  This island is too small and everyone knows everyone.

Of course, if you need advice or need someone to talk to, I am always here.  I just feel like somewhere along the line, some readers got the idea that I am looking to meet people from my blog.  I am not.  The intention of my blog was to share my encounters.  I was never in this to meet new people offline.  I'm sorry if this upsets some of my readers, but I'm being honest.  I have no intention of leading anyone on.

My goal is still to respond to all emails within 24 hours.  I am about 25 emails behind right now, but I plan to catch up on all of them by the end of the night.  Thank you again to all my readers.  You mean a lot to me.  I wouldn't continue to do this blog if there weren't people who read it.  I love you all!

Food Poisoning and Updated Blog Roll

I don't know what is wrong with me this year.  I feel like I've been sick more often in 2011 than I have in the last 5 years.  I believe this is my 3rd time, this year, getting food poisoning.  I really don't know how I got it.  I had a sandwich at work for lunch yesterday and I felt fine.  I went home, then went back out with a friend to do errands and we went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner.  Then around midnight I felt sick.  And if you've had food poisoning, you know what happened to me.  I stayed home from work and am just now starting to feel better.

I was able to read through my emails and reply to some of them.  I also updated my Blog Roll, so if you haven't checked it out, it's on the left side of my page, towards the bottom.  Those are the blogs that I personally enjoy and read regularly.  I do get emails asking me what blogs I read and that is the easiest way to keep up with what I'm reading.  I also recently started reading some new blogs, so I added them to my roll.  If you've added me to your Blog Roll recently, please email me and let me know.

Blog Roll and some updates

Hi, my lovely readers!
I have added a Blog Roll on the bottom left of my page.  I chose the blogs that are my favorites and that I read regularly, whenever they appear on my dashboard.  I highly recommend you check those blogs out!  (Also, if you have an blog suggestions for me, please let me know.  I'm always looking for new blogs that I should be reading!)

As for my illness, I am on the road to recovery.  I am going back to work tomorrow.  I still have a bit of a cough today, but I'm pretty sure I will be all good on Thursday.  I was able to get a lot of sleep the past few days and my dad was sweet enough to bring me soup 2 days in a row. I love my daddy!

Josh's birthday - I had a lot of time to think about what I want to do for him and I finally figured it out.  I've actually already talked to him about it and there's some planning on our parts that needs to be done.  Josh asked that I keep it a surprise from all of you, so you will have to wait.  But I promise that you guys will love it!


2 quick updates on previous posts:
1. The clueless guy (read the original post here) continued to text and call me for 2 weeks.  Then he stopped and I assumed he got the hint.  He did just text me again a couple of days ago to hang out and I just rolled my eyes.  I don't know if he will ever get it through his head that we can't be friends anymore.

2. The ring guy (read the original post here)  actually ended up being a friend of a friend.  I saw his picture on facebook and I couldn't believe it.  He ended up being one of those guys whose profile picture was of him and his wife.  His "about me" section was filled with how much he loves his wife and how she is everything to him.  I almost vomited in my mouth when I read that.  I asked my friend about this guy.  My friend said that he constantly cheats on his wife and brags about it to the guys at work.  Sad.
